Please be aware that if you are an “out of area” registered patient, we will require you to attend all necessary appointments in the practice premises (including reviews of medications and long-term conditions), and we cannot arrange a home visit (you will be directed to a local provider if you are unwell).

The practice will contact you to arrange (as appropriate):
- a nurse appointment if you are a child with a long-term condition (e.g. asthma, diabetes)
- a new patient health check to review your health history and medications
- your 8 week baby check and immunisations
Please contact us ASAP if you require any repeat medications, or have any immediate medical concerns. We will endeavour to meet our patients within 2 weeks of registration, so please ask reception for an appointment if you have not heard from us.
